What event?
The Centre for Science,Technology and Innovation at Manovikas English Medium School, Margao in association with Ulavan Agritech Services organized a workshop on “Introduction to Drones”on 29th February 2020. In this workshop experts delivered a session on How a drone fly, its parts, and various applications they can be put to use. Post completion of drone session, hands on flight simulator experience was given to all participants, and drone flying basics were explained to all participants by ULAVAN Drone Pilots.

Why was the event scheduled?
The workshop on “Introduction to Drones” was conducted to spread awareness on Drones from school level and to identify interested participants in drone skill development. Ulavan Agritech Services is a drone service provider company and the skill development would help them build a drone ecosystem in GOA, INDIA
