INSTRUCTIONS FOR SCHOOL FEE PAYMENTS

With regard to payment of your ward’s fees, kindly note the following:

  1. For your convenience, fees have been billed on a monthly basis (March 2021 – Feb 2022) and are due by the last day of each month.
  2. If you wish to, you may also opt to clear the fees of the entire academic year all at once. (Fees of the entire year have been uploaded online for your convenience)
  3. If you wish to make an offline payment, you may reach out to the school’s accounts department on 8975763865/ accounts@manovikasschool.in to collect all monthly fee slips for the year 2021-2022).
  4. Fee structure and instructions on how to make online as well as offline payment are available on the school’s website for your reference (Kindly see “Fees” for more details).

  • For your convenience, the school has introduced a new “Accounts” module on the Manovikas School App (Webfills). This module consists of records of your payment history as well as a list of pending payments month-wise.
  • Kindly click on the link below to view an instructional video on the use of the new accounts module: https://youtu.be/b3Lw3uE-r6A . Please note you can also use this module to make all your regular monthly fee payments using the “PAY NOW” button under the “pending fees” tab.

IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE:

  1. The following options may be used to complete fee payment for your ward:
  2. Online (Using a debit card or credit card) through the school app or the school website.
  3. Offline (After collection of monthly fee slip from the school’s accounts department) through a local HDFC branch.
  4. In person (By cash/cheque/debit card/credit card at the school’s accounts department through P.O.S machine)

 PLEASE NOTE “NEFT”  PAYMENTS ARE CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTED BY THE SCHOOL

  1. Kindly check your child’s account to ensure the fees of every month are uploaded and is available for payment.
  2. If you are unable to see the fee amount for all or each month, kindly report this to the school’s account’s department at the earliest so we can ensure that the error is corrected.
  3. If making an online payment, kindly note it takes 24 to 48 hours for processing.
  4. If making a payment by cheque, kindly note it takes 3- 4 business days for processing.

NOTE: No calls or reminders will be sent to make monthly fee payments, please ensure that you responsibly pay each month’s fee for your ward by the due date.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE FEE PAYMENT

Method 1 – Through the school website

  1. Go to www.manovikasschool.in
  2. Click on “FEES” on the main menu bar

  1. Under the “FEES” tab, click on “ PAYMENTS” and click on the Online Payments following link provided:https://www.eduqfix.com/PayDirect/#/student
  2. Once the Qfix payment portal is open, under the “Pay fee” tab, please click on the drop down list under “Select institute” and type “ Manovikas Public Charitable Trust (Margao-Goa)”.
  3. Next, Under “Select branch”, click on “ Fees for the academic year 2021-22”
  4. Next, type the four digit registration code (MVS/XXXX) of your ward that was provided by the school (This code is also mentioned on the parent copy of the fee slip) and click on Search.
  5. Once you have logged in to the payment portal, please add your payment details and complete payment.
  6. Kindly save a copy of your receipt for your records.

Method 2 – Through the school app

  1. Select the “Accounts” icon in the main menu of the school app.
  2. Once open, select the name of your ward from the drop down list.
  3. Next under pending fees tab, select the month for which you wish to make a payment and click on the “PAY NOW” button. (See example below)
  • Once you click on the “PAY NOW” button you will be redirected to the payment portal (Qfix).
  • For further instructions, on this method, please refer to point no. 4 under method 1 mentioned above.
