It was a red letter day in the history of India when the country got her freedom on August 15,1947. The students of class 2D to conducted their assembly on the theme, “Independence Day”. The assembly began with a school pledge followed by a mime on the freedom struggle of India. The assembly was incorporated with one Hindi and one English patriotic songs followed by a dance.
