A family forms the foundation of an individual. Our family helps us grow into wonderful human beings. The effects of a great family can be felt for generations through the traditions,mannerisms and habits. It is said “The love of a family is life’s greatest blessing”. The influence of our family is undeniable and forms the very essence of an individual. The Handprint Family Tree Activity was conducted to further impress on the young minds of Class 1 the importance of family . The teachers helped paint the palms of the students,which they then placed on a blank paper to stamp the hand print. The students were then instructed to draw a tree trunk on the bottom and their family members at the fingertips on the paper. The students enjoyed the experience and showed great eagerness for this activity.
