Vicente Fernandes, student of Class VIII C, has won the first place in the under 13-Category at the Salcete Taluka Chess Championship 2021 organised by BPS Sports Club, Margao and Salcete Taluka Chess Association, held at The BPS Club, Margao, Goa, on 10th October 2021.
