The Manovikas Sports Arena was inaugurated on 21st September 2022.

The event was graced by the presence of Ms. Maria Rebello (Former captain of the Indian football Team and the only FIFA listed Women’s Referee from India) as the Chief Guest and was bestowed with a Guard of Honour. The event was inaugurated with the ribbon cutting ceremony followed by the unveiling of the plaque at the hands of our distinguished chief guest. Our Chairman Mr. Noronha and Director Mrs. Maya Lin Noronha along with the esteemed gathering escorted the Chief Guest. Students gave a warm welcome with a loud applaud.

Tr. Ojvi Coutinho formally introduced the Chief Guest to the gathering. This was then followed by a welcome address given by our beloved Principal of Secondary and Sr. Secondary School Mrs. Maria Norman. The Manovikas School band played a melodious rendition and extended a warm gracious welcome to the distinguished Chief Guest and dignitaries. The school band was trained by Sir Revellino. On this occasion,  friendly exhibition of the Football, Volleyball and Handball matches were organized between all four houses of the school (boys and girls), all these games were declared open by the chief guest by propelling the first shot of the football game to initiate the match. The event concluded on a sweet note with winners galore and the bleachers were filled with the ecstatic faces of the audience.
