Frank Anthony was a legislator, parliamentarian and educator. He was the founder of the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE was also the chairman of the Indian School Certificate Examination.
The Frank Anthony Memorial Debate is organised across ICSE schools each year. This style of debate encourages critical thought, parliamentary form of debate and discussion as well as the ability to think on ones feet.
The Inter-house Debate Competition was held on 22nd July, 2022 in this format. The topic of the debate “Films mirror society” saw several interesting perspectives and arguments for and against the motion.
The winners of the competition are:

2. Second Place- Nakul House – Hrishi Naik and Anika Kumar
3. Third Place – Arjun House – Shania Sousa and Michael Dias
