PP Senior section  Celebrated “Watermelon day” on  → 30th March 2023. (Thursday).

The children were all excited to see the watermelon  in their class.

The teacher spoke about its texture, colour, taste and the benefits we get from eating the watermelon.

The teacher explained although it is a heavy fruit it grows on a creeper.

Various pre-number concepts like heavy – light, one – many, thick and thin etc were also highlighted.

All the Children enjoyed eating the slice of a watermelon.
