Today we had with us Lezlee and Sharon D Costa, the parents of our student Leroy D Costa. They started the new year on a healthy note by organizing a no-fire cooking activity for our students. Each child was given a master chef paper cap especially made for them by Lezlee and Sharon. Students were then shown the fruits and asked to recognize each fruit.
Leroy’s parents then demonstrated how to make a fruit barbeque. Students were then promoted to assemble the cut fruits on the skewers. The children were very excited and enjoyed their activity. They also enjoyed eating their fruit barbeques. The activity was very well presented and conducted.Each student was also given a slice of fruit cake.
We thank Lezlee and Sharon for taking time off their busy schedule and conducting such a fun, healthy and awesome activity for our students.
