An International Chess tournament was organised recently where in countries like Canada, India and  the USA participated. The participants of this tournament were Four Grand Masters, Fourteen International Masters and Fourteen Fide Masters. Along with these International players our Chess Champion Sairaj Vernekar of Class IXth with score six points in nine rounds secured the First Place at the 4th Bangalore Open Fise Rating Chess Tournament organised by Innovators Chess Academy in April 2022. At the same venue Sairaj also secured 2nd place with six points in nine rounds at the  All India Open Fire Rating Rapid Chess Tournament (U-15 Category) organised by innovative Chess Academy in April 2022.
