Goan cuisine is a delicious mélange of spicy flavours and depth. To celebrate Goan cuisine the students of std 3 celebrated Goa Day on 22nd February 2024.
Students displayed authentic Goan cuisine by bringing in various delicacies prepared with rice and/or coconuts.
By speaking about the dishes, the cooking process, the nutritional value, students understood the importance of preserving the rich Goan delicacies.
