Footprints towards learning  

On the 20th August 2022, our school organized an orientation programme for the students of Government High School, Morpila. Two teachers along with 40 students all enthusiastic and eager learners participated in the activities arranged for them. the students of Manovikas School welcomed and executed the entire event with absolute responsibility under the guidance of teachers Sandra DaCosta, Muriel DeSouza, and Ninoshka Dias. In the presence of the director Mayalin Noronha, the chairman of the school Mr. Jose Manuel Noronha in his keynote said the curiously looking eyes must benefit from all the resources our school has to offer. The students had a hands on experience at the Centre for Science, Technology and Innovation. The students were introduced to electronics, mechanisms and components used for machine building. They also witness an virtual space tour, build games using scratch and constructed 3 dimensional objects using a 3D pen.The media incharge Ninoshka Dias briefed the students on how to use the camera.The students also spend time at the Culinary department where they made shev purie and puries.Overall it was an amazing peer learning experience.
