Dramatics motivates children to participate and inculcate meta skills such as Speaking ( dialogue delivery), comprehensive listening, time management, leadership and team spirit.
It inspires children to articulate their creativity through writing and impersonation. Children learn to portray characters ingeniously, thus build self confidence and boost morale by dispelling stage fear.
Inter-class skit competition was conducted in Konkani language on April 28th. It was exhilarating to see the students stage insightful performances with perfect aplomb. Participating teams were allowed 5mins for their stagecraft. It was certainly a challenge for the judges to choose the winners.
